Software engineering: Quality Management

Project management software is a collection of work done by a group (which may have different expertise, perform different tasks, time involved different projects) to achieve a result as expected, the expected time, with an estimated budget. In terms of specialized software technology, software project management is the activity of planning, monitoring and control project resources (eg funding, people), the execution time , the risks and implement procedures to ensure project success for the project. Project management software should ensure a balance between three factors: time, resources and quality. These three elements are called the project triangle.
